You and the Company agree that any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
• No Waiver: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that right or provision.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms to a third party.
